When will my order ship?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. transit commonly takes 7–12 business days after dispatch.

When is shipping free?

Eligible U.S. orders of $45 or more after discounts and before taxes receive free standard shipping.

Where may my order ship from?

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

Can I cancel an order?

Request cancellation within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipment begins.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Preference-return shipping is paid by the customer; verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled at our cost.

When will a refund arrive?

After return inspection and approval, the refund is submitted to the original payment method. Most providers post it within 5–10 business days.

How do I track an order

Use the Track Order page or the tracking link sent by email. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan.
