PURCHASE TERMS

These terms govern purchases made through Solinexia and should be read with the policies linked from the store.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. Receipt confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, inventory, delivery information, suspected fraud, or legal compliance before accepting an order.

Product information

We work to present accurate descriptions, dimensions, colors, prices, and availability. Screen settings, scent perception, and natural material variation may affect appearance or experience. Follow all product instructions and warnings.

Shipping and returns

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, standard U.S. transit commonly takes 7–12 business days, and eligible U.S. orders of $45 or more receive free standard shipping. Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days and are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours after purchase. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing, packing, or shipment begins.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Most payment providers post the credit within 5–10 business days after approval.

Intellectual property

Solinexia branding, product presentation, photographs, graphics, and written content may not be reproduced commercially without authorization.

Limitation and mandatory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for an affected purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
