1. Processing

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after payment authorization. Weekends, holidays, verification, inventory issues and peak demand may extend processing.

2. Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders of USD 75 or more after discounts and before taxes. Charges for orders below the threshold and any available expedited methods are shown at checkout.

3. Delivery estimate

U.S. standard transit commonly takes 7-12 business days after dispatch. Dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carriers, weather, remote destinations or other events outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking and delivery

Tracking is sent to the checkout email when available. Customers must provide a complete deliverable shipping address. This statement describes delivery requirements and does not publish a business address.

5. Delayed, damaged or missing shipments

Contact us promptly with the order number and relevant photographs. We may open a carrier investigation before providing an appropriate resolution.
