Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITH CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

The following timelines apply to standard orders unless checkout or a product page states otherwise.

1. Processing time

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment authorization. Weekends, public holidays, verification reviews, inventory issues, and peak periods may extend processing.

2. Shipping time

Standard U.S. delivery commonly takes 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, remote destinations, or address issues.

3. Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free for eligible U.S. orders of $45 or more after discounts and before taxes. Charges for orders below the threshold and any available faster methods are shown at checkout.

4. Fulfillment locations

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner fulfillment facilities depending on inventory availability and the delivery destination.

5. Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Allow up to 48 hours after the shipping notice for the first carrier scan to appear.

6. Delays and lost packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the order is past its estimated window, email service@solinexia.com with the order number. We will review carrier records and, where appropriate, open an investigation. Carrier investigations may require additional time.

7. Address responsibility

Customers must provide a complete deliverable address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address may be the customer responsibility.

8. Duties and taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, brokerage, or local fees may apply unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. These charges are determined by local authorities.
