1. Return request window

Eligible products may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Authorization is required before shipment.

2. Eligibility for scent products

Products must be unused, unburned, clean, complete and in original condition with all accessories and packaging. Diffusers must not contain water or fragrance residue.

3. Items not eligible for preference returns

• opened essential oils, fragrance refills or other sealed scent consumables;
• burned candles, used reed diffusers or products containing fragrance residue;
• gift cards, personalized products and items marked final sale.

4. Damage, defects or incorrect items

Email us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label. After review, the remedy may include replacement, authorized return or refund.

5. Return shipping and refunds

Customers are responsible for trackable return shipping on preference returns. We cover reasonable authorized return shipping when we confirm an incorrect, damaged or defective shipment. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection; bank posting times vary.
